- To make, establish, solicit, collect receive, hold, invest reinvest, distribute, and disburse donations, subscriptions, gifts, bequests, Scholarships, Grants, and other funds to support individuals, programs and/or services committed to the enhancement of community, and civic endeavors consistent with the tenets of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows and Rebekahs.

- To do any other act or thing incidental to or in connection with the foregoing purposes or in advancement thereof, but not for the pecuniary profit or financial gain of its’ individual members, directors or officers, except as provided under ARTICLE 5 of the NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATION LAW.

- To operate exclusively for charitable and benevolent purposes as defined by Section 501©(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1966 (or corresponding provisions of any future United States Internal Revenue Law).
